1-2-3 - How to book conferences

This guide assumes you are already a registered user who have gained access to this system with a valid username and password.

There are two ways to book an IP/H.323 video conference, firstly to allow all participants to dial in on an IP address and conference code, or to use an E.164 (telephone) number or second to get the system to dial out so that participants either automatically answer the call and appear in a conference or select on their systems to accept the call (depends on local set up at each participating site).  Users accessing the 123 interface can create a conference in just a few minutes. This guide provide details on both scenarios and on how to modify and delete a conference booking.
